Redpoint Agile Coach, Steve fastabend will present on User Stories for Collaboration at the Milwaukee SPIN

User stories are crucial for collaboration in an agile effort. They not only express “requirements” as “intent” but are also “social objects” around which the whole team collaborates. This presentation will explore the use of user stories to foster collaboration and energize work groups.

Steve Fastabend has held positions at a Fortune 100 company in both the national operations and marketing areas. He also managed a global team responsible for vendor selection and management, application development and implementation for a service business. At the other end of the spectrum he has participated in two start-ups. Additionally he has development management and product management experience for an application with customers in 11 countries. Currently he is an Agile Coach at Redpoint Technologies where he uses both his energy and experience to help his clients manage software development and transform their organizations.
