• Redpoint developed a customized single sign-on (SSO) solution that centralizes user accounts and security information across all of this client's web applications
• Delegated administration features minimize support costs by allowing common admin functions to be performed remotely by designated users
• The system leverages BEA's WebLogic 8.1 platform (including portal, application server & policy mgmt.) and integrates numerous back-end applications

Results

• Users now have a single username/password combination for seamless access to all web applications
• The SSO environment provides a simplified, consistent platform for development of new web applications
