Agile Transformation Coach

Are you looking to put a dent in the universe? If so, and you have experience working as an agility coach on large programs in large organizations, you may be a perfect addition to the Redpoint Technologies Agility Practice. We're looking for coaches that put a premium on pragmatism rather than being dogmatic and those that relentlessly search for the right path rather than the easy path in their journey.

Our coaches partners with individuals, teams, and ultimately the client organization in a thought- and action-provoking process that inspires clients to actualize their potential. Specifically, coaches need to have the following:

• Keen awareness of engineering/technical practices and management/process practices
• Broad and deep experience coaching individuals, teams, and organizations
• Experience addressing enterprise issues
• Experience blending approaches (Lean, Kanban, Agile, Scrum, etc.)
• Open to travel throughout the US and outside the US
